1. All bookings are non refundable.

2. I require 48 hours notice within office hours 9-5 to enable your appointment to be rescheduled. I
will only move appointments once after that a new payment will be required.

3. If less than 48 hours notice is given then full payment will be required to rebook back in. No
exceptions.

4. Please arrive at your appointment on time, if you are more than 5 minutes late then your
appointment will be cancelled and subsequently your payment will be lost. A new payment will need
to be taken to re book back in.

5. If a top up is needed then a charge of £30 will be required, top ups are offered at £30 between 6-
12 weeks. After that the full amount is required.
