Terms & Conditions
1. BOOKING FEE
Booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
It secures the DATE and TIME of the appointment for a new set of brows, selected by yourself.
I cannot transfer the booking to another appointment once booked in. If you need to move your appointment to a different date and time another booking fee is required.
Under no circumstance is this to be refunded.
By sending the booking fee that means you agree to these terms and conditions.
A booking fee of £75 is required to secure the booking - it’s not secure until it is paid and booked in.
Booking fees for top ups are non-refundable and non-transferable. So please make sure the date and time you choose is correct and you are able to attend.
2. NO SHOWS
No shows WILL be invoiced for the FULL amount of the missed appointment.
I need a MINIMUM OF 2 WEEKS NOTICE to cancel or rearrange an appointment or top up appointment, otherwise full payment will be expected before being re-booked in again.
If a 4-6 week top up is cancelled there will be a £50 fee to rebook a top up.
4. PATCH TESTS
You must have a patch test at least 48 hours before the procedure. This is sent out in the post - if it gets lost in the post or damaged a surcharge of £5 is required to send out another one.
Patch tests MUST be done as soon as you receive it- otherwise the pigment may dry out and you will be charged £2.50 for another to be sent.
5. CLIENT DECLARATIONS
You must be over 18 years of age.
If you have had any previous SPMU / microblading you must inform me and send a clear picture of your brows to assess before booking.
Please state whether you are on any medication as I will not be able to proceed with the appointment if you are on certain medications. If you show to an appointment and have not stated you are on medication previous to the appointment you will have to pay full price for the appointment time then a deposit to book another appointment slot.
Please state whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you have been abroad please allow 14 days before you come to your appointment incase you are showing symptoms of COVID-19. Therefore, do not book an appointment if you are going abroad.
6. AVOID SUN AND WATER
Please avoid the sun / sun beds for 2 weeks prior to your appointment. I will not be able to do semi-permanent makeup on sun burnt skin.
Please keep out of the sun for two weeks after having semi-permanent makeup and please keep them dry.
7. ARRIVING AT YOUR APPOINTMENT
If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and subsequently your booking fee will be lost.
Please do not arrive early. Arrive on the time of your appointment.
Please arrive alone. This is for the safety of everyone in the salon and for all our clients.
Please wear a mask to your appointment.
8. ESSENTIAL TOP UPS
A 6-10 week essential top up is included in the price of your treatment (when booking a full treatment). However this is not always necessary and it's down to the artists discretion if you need one.
9. FURTHER TOP UPS
If a third (4-8 week top up) is required, then a fee of £50 is required to cover the cost of this procedure. As stated in the paperwork it is a multiple step process and no guarantees are made.
Please note - all top ups are completed on a Thursday.
