Booking Fee
Booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

It secures the DATE and TIME of the appointment for a new set of brows, selected by yourself.
I cannot transfer the booking to another appointment once booked in. If you need to move your
appointment to a different date and time another booking fee is required.

Under no circumstance is this to be refunded.

By sending the booking fee that means you agree to these terms and conditions.

A booking fee is required to secure the booking - it’s not secure until it is paid and booked in.
Please attend your appointment on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late we cannot provide
the service therefore your booking fee will be forfeited.

No shows
No shows WILL be invoiced for the FULL amount of the missed appointment.

Cancellations
I need a MINIMUM OF 2 DAYS NOTICE to cancel or rearrange an appointment, otherwise full
payment will be expected before being re-booked in again.

Client Declarations
You must be over 18 years of age.

If you are booking a facial please inform us if you have had any BOTOX/ filler/ SPMU treatments as
treatment will be tailored to avoid these areas.

Please state whether you are on any medication as I will not be able to proceed with the
appointment if you are on certain medications. If you show to an appointment and have not stated
you are on medication previous to the appointment you will have to pay full price for the
appointment time then a deposit to book another appointment slot.

Please state whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

If any of the following applies then unfortunately you cannot have treatment. Failure to disclose this
information will put you at risk and we cannot be liable for risk to your health.
- Diabetic Type 1
- Pacemaker
- Epilepsy

- Had recent surgery in the area
- On blood thinners/Roaccutane
- Pregnant
- Given birth in UNDER 3 months
- Had a c-section in UNDER 6 months

Pre care
We recommend you avoid sunbeds 24 hours before appointment.

Arriving at your appointment

If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and subsequently your
booking fee will be lost.

Please do not arrive early. Arrive on the time of your appointment.

Please arrive alone. This is for the safety of everyone in the salon and for all our clients.

Results
Results vary depending on client’s lifestyle and genes.

Healthy diet and exercise is recommended alongside treatments for best results.

A course of 6-8 treatments is recommended for best results.
