Your treatment will continue to work over the next 24-48 hours.

To achieve the maximum results from your treatment, we recommend the following:

- Avoid alcohol and caffeine 24 hours prior to your treatment.
- Moderate exercise is beneficial.
- Avoid heavy foods for 24-48 hours post treatment.
- A ‘clean’ diet is recommended for at least 5 hours post treatment.
- Avoid heat treatments (i.e. sunbeds, steam and sauna for 24 hours).
- Avoid hot baths, showers and jacuzzis for 24 hours.
- Drink at least 2 litres of water per day, for the entire duration of the course of treatments.
- You may experience increased passing of urine, it may also be stronger/darker in colour.
- The healthier your body is, the better the long term results.
- Also for face, apply a moisturiser and a sun factor lotion (SPF 30 is fine) and protect from
sunlight for 24 hours. Avoid wearing make up for 24 hours.

Things to avoid
- Refined sugars- sweets, chocolate, cakes, sweeteners
- Refined carbohydrates- potatoes, white bread, white pasta/rice
- Fizzy/sugar drinks
Things to enjoy
- Still water
- Fruit and vegetables
- Lean protein- fish, white meat, red meat
- Complex carbohydrates- brown bread, brown rice/ pasta, sweet potatoes

The fat cells in the area that has been treated, cell metabolism has been increased. For long term results it is advised to support the treatment with a healthy diet.
