A booking fee of £50 is required to secure the booking it’s not secure until the deposit is paid. Booking fees are non refundable and non transferable.
By sending the booking fee that means you agree to these terms and conditions.
Booking fees are non refundable, it secures the date and time of the appointment for a new set of brows. We cannot transfer the booking to another appointment once booked in. If you need to move your appointment to a different date and time another booking fee is required.
You must be over 18 to have any treatment with us.
You must have a patch test at least 48 hours before the procedure this is sent out in the post if it gets lost in the post or damaged a surcharge of £2.50 is required to send out another one.
We need minimum of 72 hours notice to cancel or rearrange a top up appointment otherwise full payment will be expected before being booked in again.
Booking fees for top ups are non refundable and non transferable. So please make sure the date and time you choose is correct and you are able to attend.
If you have any previous semi-permanent makeup or Microblading you must contact us and send a clear picture of your brows before booking.
If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and subsequently your booking fee lost.
We have limited waiting space so please don’t arrive early for your appointment.
If a third (4-8 week top up) is required then a fee of £50 is required to cover the cost of this procedure. As stated in the paperwork it is a multiple step process and no guarantees are made.
